You will note on several items that the Add-To-Cart Option is modified to read "Pre-Order". This means the Item is currently not in stock but will be very soon. 

Pre-Order items are shipped within 4-6 weeks after ordering and they will ship on a first come-first serve basis. 

To order online on our website, follow this steps: Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product page. Click on “Cart” at the top right corner of our website to review your cart. If your cart looks correct, click on “checkout” and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You’ll know your order is complete when you see our order confirmation page with your order number. 

• While you’re not required to create an account to place an order, it is highly recommended.

• Creating an account with Gala Kids Store is highly recommended as this will allow you to view previous orders, current order status, and track each shipment. Also, having an account at Gala Kids Store will expedite your checkout process. 

•  Yes, Gala Kids Store ships worldwide. Please refer to our shipping policies for more information.

• Our shipping fees varies depending on the country its going to be shipped to. Shipping fees can be calculated while on the checkout process. 

• Rush orders are great for last minute gifts. Please contact us by email at info@galakidsstore.com or by phone at 407-785-8092 BEFORE you place an order.

• Once you log-in on our website, your order status with tracking information is under your account tab. 

• Please refer to our shipping policies page for information regarding shipping times. 

• We’re sorry you need to return an item. Unfortunately at this time we are not issuing refunds. Once the item gets back to us, we will process your return and issue a store credit. 

Gala Kids Store garment is designed using an European Size chart therefore they might run a little bigger than expected. Each product will have a Size Chart available. Please refer to this chart before submitting your order. 

Gala Kids Store offers the convenience of providing our customers with custom orders that fit their needs. Customers may choose CUSTOM size on the product page and add to cart. We will reach out for more details soon after. Custom Orders take from 4 to 6 weeks to fulfill and be ready to ship.

Customers can provide payment using a wide variety of options such as: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINNERS CLUB, DISCOVER, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY and more.

As an online store, we are subject to charging applicable taxes required by the shipping state and county. This will be calculated automatically during the checkout procedure. 

We are most-likely restocking items that have already sold-out. However, should you want to order an item that’s been placed out of stock, just submit a PRE-ORDER and we’ll take care of the rest.
